Festival Pass and Elite Pass are now on sale! Festival and Elite pass holders are now able to book tickets online for individual film screenings. These passes are ideal for people looking to get as much out of the festival as possible. Below is a full product list from which you can select which best suits your festival experience.

New this year: all screenings are being sold at the same price of 25 AED or 15 AED for students. For the best value, consider purchasing passes and vouchers.

Festival Pass: AED 350 - No longer available
Good for all regular, Gala, and outdoor screenings, one ticket per screening, Festival Pass holders have the opportunity to book tickets in advance online.

Elite Pass: AED 2,500 - No longer available.
Good for all regular, Gala, and outdoor screenings, Opening Night screening and party, Feature Film Awards Ceremony and party, access to special events and preferred parking at Abu Dhabi Theater. One ticket per screening. No concurrent screenings.

Ten-voucher Package: AED 200
Includes regular, Gala, and outdoor screenings, and can be shared with family and friends. Please note that Voucher Packages must be purchased in person at box offices.

GETTING TICKETS

Single tickets go on sale online as of September 28 and in person at Festival Box Offices on October 3.

Tickets may be purchased in person at any Festival Box Office until three hours before screening time. After this time, tickets are only available in person at the Box Office where the film will be screened.

Tickets for panels, master classes and workshops are free of charge and can be obtained in advance at Box Offices. Please consult the schedule to learn which events are available.

FAIRMONT OUTDOOR SCREENING TICKETS

Tickets to outdoor screenings at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr are being offered free of charge for the following films:
Stockholm East – October 14
Rough Hands – October 15
Lucky – October 16
Hunger – October 18
The Temple – October 19
Habemus Papam – October 20

Tickets for The Double on October 17 are 25 AED and can be purchased here.

Refunds for tickets purchased before October 11
Tickets purchased either online or in person before October 11 for all outdoor screenings at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr except for THE DOUBLE on October 17 will be refunded and exchanged for a free ticket for the same screening. Exchanges and refunds must be done in person as the Box Office and will only be processed if the original ticket is presented.

SOLD OUT SCREENINGS AND STAND-BY TICKETS

When all advance tickets to a screening have been sold, the screening goes on "Stand-by".
It is still possible that tickets may be purchased in the future by one of two methods:
Tickets may become available online at midnight preceding the screening. Please check ADFF's online box office at www.adff.ae for availability.
Alternatively, you can purchase Stand-by Tickets. 15 minutes prior to a screening, tickets are made available at the box office on a first-come, first-served basis to those waiting in the Stand-by Queue.

TICKETING POLICIES

• Gala screenings take place in the evenings at Abu Dhabi Theater, where invited Festival guests and stars walk the red carpet prior to the screening
• Outdoor screenings take place at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr
• Access to Opening Night screening and party, Feature Film Awards and closing party, and special events is restricted to invited guests and Elite Passholders only
• Encounters, Master Classes, Panels and Workshops are free of charge
• In-person methods of payments: cash, MasterCard or Visa
• Online methods of payment: MasterCard or Visa
• First-time in-person ticket buyers will be asked to complete an ADFF Ticket Order Form.
• Passes may be redeemed either online or in person at a Festival Box Office. Please note that tickets must be picked up at the Festival Box Offices in advance of screenings.
• Tickets, vouchers or passes may not be exchanged or refunded.
• All screenings are subject to change without notification. Changes are publicized at www.adff.ae.
• There are no reserved seats for any screening.
• Seating is guaranteed until 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the program. Late admission is at the discretion of the theater manager.

Children
Children 2 to 5 years of age are admitted free of charge when accompanied by an adult, but must obtain a ticket at the box office before the screening. Infants do not require a ticket if they do not occupy a seat.

ONLINE TICKET ORDER PROCESS AT A GLANCE

In order to be able to purchase tickets online, you need to be registered.

After you register, you will be automatically logged in and you will also receive your login details to your email.

1. Log in to the ticketing system here.
2. Browse the film program by date, title, or keyword.
3. When you choose the desired film, specify the number of tickets and click on the ´Buy´ button. Tickets will be automatically added to your shopping cart.
4. Continue browsing the program and repeat the process for each film you would like to purchase tickets for.
5. To finish the purchase, go to the Shopping Cart (situated on the right upper corner of your screen).
6. Now you can see the list of films that has been added to your Shopping Cart. You can still go back to the program, remove tickets you have decided not to purchase, or finish your purchase.
7. To finish your purchase, please click on ´Checkout´ and you will be forwarded to the payment process.
8. Please fill in all payment details and wait until your payment is successfully processed.
9. If the purchase has been successful, a confirmation page will be displayed for you.
10. The confirmation slip you will receive via email following a successful purchase lists all of your uncollected tickets, including those made in other orders. Please make sure to bring the most recent confirmation slip to the Festival Box Office to receive your tickets.

ONLINE TICKET ORDERING FOR FESTIVAL AND ELITE PASS HOLDERS

1. Log in to the ticketing system.
2. Browse the film program by date, title, or keyword.

If you have two or more Festival or Elite passes and wish to obtain more than one ticket to a specific screening you will need to make separate orders.

5. To finish the order, go to the Shopping Cart (situated on the right upper corner of your screen).
6. Now you can see the list of films that has been added to your Shopping Cart. You can still go back to the program, remove tickets you have decided not to purchase, or finish your purchase.
